Kaskad (Cascade) residential estate

• 48/19 Bratsky lane — 16- storey residential building, 54 apartments. Total area of apartments – 6854. 5 sq.m.; total area of offices – 728. 6 sq.m. The building was commissioned in December 2002.
• 58/4 Bratsky lane — 6-8- storey residential building, 14 apartments built-in premises. Total area of apartments – 1937 sq.m. The building was commissioned in December 2001.
