Beautiful Future of SEM "MEGAMAG"

The British company Chapman Taylor finished designing architectural concept of the 2^nd stage of SEM "MEGAMAG". The main idea of the 2^nd stage project is to create in SEM «MEGAMAG» big entertainment complex with Fashion-gallery where there will be trendy clothes and shoe boutiques, food-court, bowling, cinema, etc. On the second and third levels there are restaurants with small open terraces. Glass façade allows customers to appreciate wonderful outlooks on the city and neighbourhood. For the 3^rd entertainment level we have separate entrance for nighttime when the shopping part is closed. Architectonic image of the 2^nd stage well matches the present building of SEM "MEGAMAG" and makes the complex look impressive and modern. As Valentina Polevichenko, Director General of Edinstvo Concern, Developer of SEM "MEGAMAG" said: «Architectonic concept of the second stage is a new phase of the development of our project and even now it is evident that in the future «Megamag» shall become not only a modern fashionable multiuse centre but also а pearl of the left bank of the city».
