History
Edinstvo concern was established on September 15, 1993 by a few banks, insurance and construction companies. During fourteen years of successful work in construction over thirty residential buildings were commissioned, each of them is a unique project, which makes a new image of Rostov-on-Don.
Edinstvo concern is one of the recognized leaders at the construction market of elite buildings and residential estates in Rostov-on-Don, which gave a start to complex reconstruction of quarters in the city centre, for relocation of people from dangerous structures and old buildings and for moving the companies out of the city borders.
Since 1997 Edinstvo concern General Director is Valentina Mikhailovna Polevichenko, one of the most successful businesswomen in Russia, the "Person of the Year-2002" in the Best Constructor nomination in the Rostov region. For successful work and development of the branch Valentina Mikhailovna was awarded the "Honorable Builder of Russia" title and received a medal "For achievements in development of the real estate market in Russia".
At that time the concern started construction of two first multi-storey buildings at 34 Soborny lane and 119à Ostrovskogo street in the city centre. As a result a contracting organization was established, which became a basis of the construction company.
The concern was first established as a company which attracted funds for construction, and it became a diversified enterprise, which performs development, designing, construction, cargo transportation, production of construction materials, placing in commission and service of residential buildings, business and trade real estate.
